I am speculating but I am curious if telling investors to wait a few years is to hope to avoid any investors from filing a lawsuit?

Please understand these are VERY speculative investments.

The most recent growth stocks in & out of the S&P-- Tesla is north of 100, Palantir 359, Coinbase 51, Microstrategy at -178, speculative but cyclical like Micron is 140. 

@V.G Jason, Maybe your speculation is right. who knows really what's going on, yes, it is a complete disaster at this point.

I speculated that the cheaper cabins were likely due to being on leased forest service land.

So long as I come out of it a little wiser. ya SWF got over run with speculators and FOMO.. jsut have to run the numbers and see what you can stomach. 

These low income housing plays are speculating and not investing.

Buy conservatively and don't speculate.

About your comment of speculation.

I'm very curious about q4 earnings, especially a couple of weeks post inauguration when the price of speculation has caught some growth stocks faster than any tangible earning profile or directive in the future.
