If, however, you are not specifically looking for me to be nice and would like me to be honest instead, I'll say that using tools like your app completely misses the point and should be avoided, outside of as a teaching tool.

As for Alexandria specifically in terms of regulations don't take advice from a public forum - look up the laws yourself and make sure you understand them.

While podcasts, books, seminars, and websites offer general knowledge, you'll buy a specific property in a specific location, subject to local rules and regulations.
