I had him redo my shower in my primary home and I liked his work.

A foosball table, a "Log Cabin (or other trendy) theme", or 3-jet shower probably have a better place in an STR than an MTR.

Kit showers or tiling, or tiling the shower (hot mop or tub shower then tile the rest) all are different3) what is the cost to renew the floor with a LVP?

Greetings All,@garrettbrownI was fully stocked in linen and glasswares, silverware, knives, speakers andcabinets were full now sparse.maintenance and cleaning are time consuming even with help.Noticed prices are much lower now.  

In fact I had a shower that took very a year.
