Initially I had planned to put it into the stock market but given the policies that the new administration is pursuing, I’m not strong on the stock market at the moment.

We have 4 doors in Detroit at the moment and the weather, tenants, theft, etc. is a reality.

I now am looking all over the country, thinking of trying to find a duplex that’s has land where i can add more units in the future, or just a small apartment building, honestly I dont know at the moment just wanted some feedback from people who know more than me Hi Jadan, I was in the same shoes when I was priced out of where I lived (Portland OR) so I decided to move to Columbus OH.

If there was a house of interest listed it was get there same day and make a strong offer to even have a chance, this doesn't seem to be the case at this moment.

Fed rate means nothing at this moment.  

I have mostly been using my broker's money market options (~4.6% at the moment).  

However, I am open at the moment as I am just getting my feet wet and learning the Tampa Bay CRE market.  

These are dark moments for hosts and property managers alike.

8 in 24 months is no joke, especially chipping away one at a time, I'm sure it has come with plenty of teachable moments, but its awesome that you are able to ask the question of how to scale.To start, a hard money lender that is only allowing you to do one at a time with your track record is... well... kind of silly.

Any guidance and feed back on my frustration at this moment would be appreciated.
