That ship sailed a long time ago, we are living off "credit cards" now to a really significant degree.

This same property around 2013-2014 would have been around 400,000€, but unfortunately that ship has sailed.

That ship has sailed.  

When it’s smooth sailing, we tend to float along, feeling good about ourselves and our investments in real estate, the stock market, crypto - any asset class. 

That ship has already sailed, but all of the stuff we do is within 10 min of downtown...lots of gentrification, and even though that's not our play (we're all about cash flow), there's lots of potential upside for appreciation.  

The 2012 Jobs Act is what made syndication investing more accessible so it was smooth sailing in this industry for a decade.
