Being Grateful due to ScarcityI lived in dense cities all my life where competition for living spaces are high (Sao Paulo, San Francisco, LA, Seoul etc):  To be able to land a place for rent itself is a feat and if we do, WE ARE GRATEFUL.

São Paulo, Brazil for a couple years.Costa Rica, New Zealand, Australia, Bali for several months each during a world tour.Moved from Bali to Austin, TX 10 years ago.We like it here, but we're growing tired of the 8-month long summers and lack of infrastructure to support the incredible growth.

Just to go over the expenses, 1) The brokers pro-forma does not include turnover, trash removal, permits &fees, advertising, and G&A. 2) The brokers pro-forma is light on the insurance, utilities charges, grounds/landscaping, snow removal, and cleaning.
