Job Opportunities: The state's robust economy and business-friendly environment attract investors, but are other states catching up?

Columbus is an absolute goldmine right now - it's got robust job growth, a booming tech and university scene, and consistent strong rental demand. 

Utah is one of the most expensive states in the country.Not only that, but there's a robust wholesale community here which makes finding distressed and discounted deals hyper competitive. 

We have 10 properties in total on our 'resume.'  5 SFRs that were bought, remodeled, and sold.  4 30+ unit buildings with heavy capex (north of 300K) and a completed ground up construction of the exact unit I am trying to get financing on now.  

Prior to the GFC I had a pretty robust HML company with 20 plus employees doing 60 HML a month through out the mid west Rust belt and deep south by 2010 It was over like 95% of all HML we all got our butts handed to us..

I have been using Quickbooks online for years and love that it's the industry standard and robust software.

I put on a duplex I had there and got 6 offers so I know the market is robust.. there currently.. contact me privately if interested .
