Locally, I want to network with others who have a shared interest in investing - regardless of the viewpoint you represent (lender, agent, investor, property manager, etc.). 

Now I'm not saying that to say that their customers should expect to be able to talk to a representative at their company on odd hours or anything.

The agent represents the seller and has the seller's (and the agent's) best interests at heart, not yours. 

Sounds like strategy call would make most sense to see what your goals are with REI and being an agent to determine if the organization I represent aligns with the direction you are looking to go. 

I noticed on BP of the top markets Elizabethtown and Louisville are represented. 

The reason to have comparables is if you are representing someone or perhaps purchasing a house for yourself to live in.

I spoke with a representative from Elite and everything sounds good.

There are no upfront costs so why not establish a relationship with someone who actively represents real estate investors and move forward with vetting your ideas.Best.

Agents:I've read/heard that areas are largely represented by specific agents.
