The Braves stadium moving there, the mall being rejuvenated, new restaurants popping up.

@Rich E.We have been searching for a 6 -8 unit building in the downtown core that is in need of rejuvenation with the intention of renovating it specifically for pets.  

Its a great house - problem is the seller (renovator) has the home priced over $20.00/sq ft above other recent comparable renovations on the block and in the neighborhood (the neighborhood has a lot of recent renovations - its one of those rejuvenated historic neighborhoods).

There's a lot of awesome neighborhoods undergoing rejuvenation right now.

I know a handful of younger investors are buying there and it's on a slow path to rejuvenation. 

Some of those cities have a nice mix and the rental side can feed off the flip side due to area rejuvenation and the benefits that come with being on the fringe of those areas. 

I’d rather dream and be hooked up to a machine for an hour that can supplement me with the adequate body and brain rejuvenation and healing that takes place during sleep.

There are also some rejuvenated small areas in Indy that have income restrictions.

I've been negotiation with my son to do some yard work and install it.Depending on how the sprinklers look, I may try to rejuvenate the beds and put some sod around them.

I have done 2 flips, bought new construction as live in flip.Now I'm debating on a medical building/office rental, or vacation rental.Been approached to be a part of a shopping mall, and a downtown rejuvenation project ;) but that's too $$$ for now@joel I spoke to our resident commercial guy, he said the same thing ;)I spoke to my broker too, she said the same thing.
