What's really interesting is to see some of them being redeveloped into housing for seniors.Also shopping patterns have changed with work flexibility, so many of these malls don't need as big of parking lots that they once did when people could only shop after work or on weekends.

With an invoice showing "no charge" for fixing the cupboard, this hopefully can't happen again if a contractor changes did mind or has some type of mental lapse.

That will increase your material costs for the job and is the contractor paying for the material in their bid or are you paying for it and paying them a labor cost.
