I plan to use those funds to "re-charge" my HELOC and take my time looking at new deals. 

My AC guy hasn't called me back for a week to recharge the unit that I just installed.

If we do find some damage that is tenant-caused, we certainly point it out and let them know we will have it repaired and will recharge them. 

I just had both A-Coils for HVAC pulled out within the last 6 months..cleaned and recharged..no leaks were present per my HVAC guy and Condensers serviced.

When you come back refreshed and recharged i guarantee you will have a different opinion and a clearer idea of what to do.  

My former employee was rehired by the company and told me he was starting to learn about wholesaling which recharge my interest again.

Frankly, I think women are stronger when it comes to overall energy output.Whether you are male or female if you are extroverted you will probably not wear down as fast (and be more successful) as someone (like me) that needs to get away from people to recharge.

We would then need to return in spring to Recharge the existing AC.
