It's the same skill set but the financial returns and community impact are exponentially greater for everyone.There’s no reason that we can’t and shouldn’t be the ones revitalizing our communities instead of outsiders OR worse nobody at all.There are less opportunities in smaller towns and who is in the best position to truly understand the needs of the community?

They all say they will be on the lookout for me, and they are experienced realtors.I did however get one from here, bigger pockets, and this realtor hasn't worked with investors before, butis asking me to sign a contract so I am working with them exclusively.The reason I am asking what to do, is because this realtor with the contract is very new, but I heard that most realtors will ask you to sign one if theyre serious.

We tried to reason with him he has a business that is not doing good we have told him repeatedly that is no reason to not pay his rent on timeThe restaurant he is leasing from us is doing great business he needs to have a moment with a competent attorney we don’t have to make him understand his responsibilities he agreed upon in his lease

I want to earn my clients business and if for some reason they decide the relationship isn't working then they should walk away (but don't leave your agent high and dry haha).Commission is completely negotiable.
