Sounds like mostly a marketing thing from what I just read.

Have you read Start with Strategy by Dave Meyer?

Can I walk into offices and leave a flyer for everyone in the office to read and set up zoom meetings with those people to go over the details further? 

I have read that if a parents gifts it, then it can be transferred tax free.
