What are top most questions, queries investors have before investing in Real estate either in multifamily or Single family ?

Then there would also be something about the original closing attorney E & O insurance, except that that attorney filed bankruptcy, due to one of their partners embezzling funds.......I might try to find out who now has the files - bankruptcy trustee - and whether they have access to those closing files and see whether there's a water lien query in the file, which was answered with 'no outstanding water bills' from the water company

You could then query the database as you wish...

I’ve gotten quite a few queries from Zillow etc, but I email them back with this:”Thank you for your interest on the duplex located at 1109 Old Georgia Road.

People querying for room is almost daily now.

Does this have any reasonable standing in case of an IRS query (as to why I am not using county's numbers)?
