All of my TVs have "guest mode" that prompts the guest to enter their check-out date.

Collection is on time, they address repairs promptly, leases get renewed and increased based on market research.

Regularly communicate with them to stay updated on progress and address any issues promptly.

New guests are prompted for their check-out date, and then they use their own logins for Netflix, Max, etc.
