I think being able to get your payments promptly and professionally is important for a landlord, and over the past few months have tried pretty much every platform.

They do just about every month or so investor calls and K1 has been prompt.  

There are several courses online, but before paying a dime it would be helpful to watch the several videos on YOUTUBE on giving prompts.

Maybe taking this step may prompt the seller to reconsider his position.

Using automation can certainly help at scale for easy things, but if you have one STR and can't be bothered to respond promptly to your guest, I can guarantee this business will not go well for you.
