Make sure you ask questions that help you understand the qualification process (what the requirements are for initial loan approval/preapproval and what you'll need), the actual loan process (what to expect at certain stages of the entire loan process from start to finish), and loan terms (approved loan amount based on your scenario(s), rate, fees, etc).

The build process to include funding can be quite lengthy and difficult.
