I think because I was not disclosed of it, and if it was prescribed after the animal was brought to the property, I should be able to treat it like a "pet" up to the point I was provided documentation.What I was thinking...

As to the Fund itself - Funds will self-certify, but, other than what is already prescribed by the format the Fund will take and how much money is raised - will have few other restrictions or prescriptions.

Response: Please have the doctor prescribe or recommend that their current living environment is not suitable for them for health reasons and I will happily release them from their liability. 

I'm not sure where I am going with this, but what are the thoughts on someone having a need for an emotional support animal(prescribed by psychiatric doctor) and carries a firearm?
