Cliff, how would someone know if their portfolio is big enough to justify?

This year, I’m determined to jumpstart my portfolio and would love to connect with wholesalers and lenders to collaborate on deals. 

Networking and market research will be key to finding the right deals and scaling your portfolio.

That’s how I’ve grown my portfolio of SFR without using hardly any of my own money.

Our portfolio currently cash flows, but cash flow isn’t our top priority right now since we plan to use this portfolio to supplement our retirement in 12 years when I leave the Army.My biggest challenge is committing to an out-of-state market.

Diversifying your portfolio can also be beneficial, as it helps mitigate risks associated with market fluctuations.

I don't currently have any investment properties, but will likely work with a turn-key property managment in the Memphis/Little Rock area.My goal is to build a good cash-flow portfolio to ease into retirement.
