So why are mods trying to stifle that discussion?

@Scott Trench I will say that on the pod casts, over the last year, I have seen a shift to a more conservative approach to investing from the refi to the max all the time and keep buying.

I did a home mod many years ago and it saved me and my home after having kids beyond vacation renting.

Ruben Kanya has a pod called the Real Estate Experiment and he has a portfolio in Atlanta. 

Wish it had a stainless steel carafe' but for 10 bucks, good to add it as a spare.There was a deal on Solimo Keurig coffee pods for about 9 cents a pod, but all of them sold out in seconds.

Reading your reply i noticed your name looked familiar, interestingly enough i listened to your recent pod cast just today while mowing!

My BnB is one unit of a four duplex pod that shares a central driveway.

I stopped watching the pod cast some time ago.
