I wish someone had told me about this when I bought my first place.I run a Property Management company and would only recommend a property mgr if you are cash positive or physically cannot tend to the property.

Yes, Aceland Mortgage is physically in Puerto Rico and we do Fannie / Freddie loans here as well as Florida, Texas, New Jersey, PA and CT. 

There are just so many existing pipeline right-of-ways that you cannot physically find an undisturbed site big enough to be worth it near Midland proper. 

If im out of state, does it make sense to join social media groups, etc. to accomplish the same thing without being physically there?

They also chose to use roku tvs without a physical on button. just terrible, terrible build quality. bought 4 and 2 are already damaged after a year.
