I like the idea of no pets and that is decent income (depending on what the rents are).

For example, do you allow pets?

Finally, I would add allowing pets to your home. 

Charges them all for parking passes (on the lots I own), charges for pets, charges to empty the coin op laundry, charges for credit checks etc.  

There are lots of people who are looking for pets.

Hi Kevin,I have a couple of rentals in Fredericksburg and I allow pets (charging a pet deposit and monthly pet rent to cover damages and wear and tear).

You can have more upside if you allow pets!
