Do you own all facets of the operation?

This market has very little supply and seems overpriced in many facets (less than 100 MLS properties), but I'm determined to find a good deal within the next 3 months.Capital is now fully acquired and just looking on ways to find and analyze deals.

Personally, I think it’s important to continue to stay creative and generate new ideas on all facets of the business as legal restrictions continue to present themselves.Have a good one!

I have been involved in many facets of real estate.

There are better and more recent cases, particularly on the 1402 side.I think we can all agree that an LLC member is not automatically the functional equivalent of an LP based on any one facet of fact and circumstance. 

This question has at least 2 major facets:   1) you personally own the property (or maybe through an LLC)  and 2)  Your 401k owns the property being rented.
