I do know Walter and have known him for more than 25 years, he is upstanding and he is smarter than the average bear, he's in the deal to help people and I have learned an immense amount from him I am now 67 years old and I bought my very first home by having my parents cosign!

Also there is no restriction on acquiring conventional loan on primary residence even if you have maxed out on conventional loan for rentals.

I dont care if the tenant is paying themselves, the government, the tenants parents, etc.

Status quo and anyone born after 2008 will not be buying a home until they are in their 40's if they are lucky and we will have a generation of renters or kids whose parents passed down a lot of $ to them.Which one do you think will happen?

We've spent time near her parents in Atenas, and I especially like the Roca Verde community there.I think we'll know a lot more about our direction after this year's trip.
