Perhaps we were just a science fair project for God, and now we're sitting on a shelf while God is out playing basketball?

I am trying to get an apt building and I will use 15% for CapEX there but I plan to use that money to do major upgrades to the units and get them in much better shape for an equity cash out play.  

I listen while I'm driving to work, working out, playing video games, on the toilet, before I go to sleep, eating breakfast, cooking dinner, etc.

I'd be happy to speak with you but am out playing until August 10th.  

Are there people out walking their dogs or kids out playing?

No (violent) crime.I think location outplays all of the staging in the world.So many of the men and boys I have spoken with in class-c areas over the years, aspire to learn welding at a school (yet I'm not aware of a huge calling for welders).

I may as well have dropped those same dollar bills into a sidewalk sewage drain (I was actually a little sick to my stomach for a few weeks after that experience)...Anyway, after reading a few of the comments in this thread, I actually feel little bad for ever silently berating and judging lottery players ever since I learned the value of money...Interesting perspective, though: as a few others have pointed out, playing lottery offers some value to the player in the same way non-players spend money on other forms of "fun" / "entertainment".I'm ashamed to admit, but I've blown an embarrassing amount of $ on designer accessories in my life...
