So, with no strong odor and no visible stains it's very hard to tell which areas would need replacing.  

The pet odor.

After that, you won't have anymore problems with the odors and mold and dirt and bugs and stuff that love to hide out in the padding.

Additionally, all odors and smells now permeate the entire house, for good or for bad, and the same goes for moisture, grease, etc.

We didn't have to go so far as to use ozone, as once the above was done, the odor had disappeared nearly entirely.Best of luck with it!

I didn’t want to deal with them and hoped they would go away having damaged the gutter and created smoke odors in garage.

The chemical odors are so strong that no one can be close by. 

We are applying for the second time now, but there is just a slight odor at this point.
