Best way to detect this is to observe them during the home inspection.

But from what I've observed (and I'm sure you've seen too), only a few new investors, who are more analytical in nature, do this.One of the issues that I've seen again and again is new investors putting together a "spreadsheet" based on their limited understanding, that produces inaccurate or misleading numbers.

I of course have no real idea, but based on observations and years of being a political junkie of sorts......I think that number is about right.

After some observation, we decided it was just noise - no one was watching it; they were looking at their phones. 

However, from what I’ve observed, it’s still not enough to produce meaningful cash flow.

Some of the hottest areas I've observed include Temple, Kyle, and East Austin.

From my observation, if you don't manage your own properties, there's little to no profit.

Mine typically do provide pictures of anything observed to be out of the norm when they arrive at the property to clean.Sorry for the confusion!
