I realize no one has a crystal ball, but I see no scenario where the housing shortage did not get worst in coastal CA by the elimination of 1000s of homes.As stated I agree with your sentiment.

From what I hear Chris say is that there has been a very big shortage of notes to purchase at least for the last few years that could be changing now..

I spoke with the title company who is still helping us wrap up the set-up of a servicing company, and she confirmed that they would be responsible for the principal / interest for Nov and Dec, while we are responsible for the escrow shortage balance (as agreed upon).Not sure how it was missed - not my favorite title company to work with.
