Probably not; I've done pretty well myself from them, and you're a smart and nice guy so I would be shocked if you *weren't* killing it!

I think that's a nice amount of money for their work.

I think this would be a waste of money.Have pride in your place and provide quality stuff like a nice hot tub or just don't have a hot tub at all.

If you live there 2 years or more before selling you will be exempt from tax on the 1st $250k in profit which is a nice bonus. 

It's nice, but it's also over built for it's investment use potentials. 

If someone knows where you can get $3200 on a brand new $400K home in a nice place that will appreciate, let me know as well.  100k, i've invested in both fund and syndications and now I want to explore owning a property myself. i'm not looking for a brand new home, prefer sth at least ready to rent without major repair.
