Hello John,, Question, how do you determine which are C+, or even B class neighborhoods? 

Doesn't have to be a huge lot, but I'd like to not be squeezed in some bad neighborhood.  

I've been in every house that has sold in that neighborhood probably for 20 years. 

.: I have been looking and found a nice 15 unit building in a solid neighborhood!
