I focus of multi-media and Mail>Call> Knock campaigns.

I don't see it as a work phone.....more of a entertainment/multimedia phone.

Also I had called several people from Fortune Builders requesting to visually see the systems, put in place, for generating leads, rehabbing app's and using 40 different multi-media outlets to advertise acquired properties for sale.

I'm not the big fan of mailing to absentee owners without either a massive multi-media campaign which hit pain-specific triggers with matching USP's or a data list overlay such as default, tax default, deceased, etc. 

There is also the added liability protections that come with an LLC, especially a multimedia LLC (there is some questions if single member LLCs offer viability protection, especially if you don't do a good job keeping LLC things separated from personal things)Hope that helps, Dan Dietz

A campaign is comprised of a series of contact points, perhaps multi-media, ideally targeting these leads with specific USP's for the scenarios you are fishing for. 

No matter if I was working on a direct mail campaign, a email sequence, or building a multi-media  sales funnel it all came down to a few basic rules:Your headline on your postcard, door hanger or any other marketing piece is going to be THE #1 most important thing.  

In my deal I thought the track history of multimedia personality would equate to lower risk on my first syndication investment.
