Odds are the drain line, condensate pump, putting down new riser blocks or mounting blocks, the whips and line sets, new disconnect box, new low and high voltage wiring aren't in your Google pricing.

For example, could this potentially be a cash boom opportunity within the adjacent areas such as Kenosha and Mount Pleasant where one could buy low, sell high within a relatively short amount of time through appreciation, or would the presence of Microsoft increase cash flow in those areas?

Ideally, closer to the main strip such as some restaurants on Commonwealth or especially on Mount Vernon.We are doing the mid-term rental route on Airbnb.

In our area of Mount Pleasant, SC, people continue to move here paying higher prices than the locals.
