Now, I have more tools in my toolbelt, I can monetize every lead that comes my way, whether through wholesaling, flipping, rentals, novation, or referrals to retail agents.I agree with you, stress and time investment are the norm, especially when starting out.

Youtube content can be monetized. 

And when Google seeks to monetize it, I would bet we see similar fees.

Monetizing is very easy with multiple options.The best thing about these 3 skills? 

Even though the time frame to monetize is longer.

That's the beautiful thing about tech and automation.It can take some time to set up and integrate and implement processes.But once done properly, you can scale quicker and easier and not be worried to take on a book of 189 units per se when the opportunity presents itself.I reverse engineered "scale" within our company and focused on systems and optimizing.Now it's time to monetize 🙏Getting very close to being able to throw gasoline on the fire for scale.We could scale easier in another market but to be honest, not in the mood of being like some of the other nation wide PM's where they do M&A nationwide.Plus, I'm "semi-retired" and prefer to keep it that way hahaThere are limits to growth in our local market but it's not necessary a bad thing.Cheers mate

I also currently have 2 rental properties (1/2 of a duplex and 1 SFH) I currently have about $400k in equity in the 2 properties and they generate $2k/mo net income (before repairs)How would you invest this $500k if you had a similar goal as me to reach FIRE status asap? 

It would be interesting to see who or how many other gurus were using the same materials and then just repackaged it, rebranded it and found a way to monetize it. 

Now you can ideally monetize it's sell price with the added premiums of turn-key and seller financing, and as completed raising the sale price significantly creating sizable profit.
