Without a solid contract, you are leaving yourself open to misunderstandings, project delays, and unexpected expenses.

It's crazy to think some RE agents are suggesting owners to put their houses up cause fed funds reduced, they completely misunderstand but I let the market do what it does-- market.

Some owners may misunderstand and choose to replace the pipes on their own, saving the EPA some time and money.These pipes were installed over 100 years.
