I want a real estate agent with a hustler's mentality, who knows the neighborhoods, studies appreciation and deal analysis already, understands short-term rentals, and is potentially looking to be a scalable partner with me.

Many people have limiting beliefs, a mental barrier that prevents someone from achieving their goals or living fully, so they sabotage any hopes of progress through words or actions.

I thought I saw it listed as a half way house or mental health housing.

This total disregard for facts, and blind hate because of someone's political affiliation is mentally unhealthy. 

The people who share my mentality are few and far between.
