:At the end of year 12 the total net worth it is not $290,550 but $300,271 as you forgot to add the $9,681 cash value return of that year.The outside investment only on year 12 net worth would be $313,842You are right on the cash value,  I have already realized it and corrected in one of my previous post(check my previous post).Of course, adding tax mathematically eventually the WL will catch up, but the question is how long, 10 , 50, or 100 years?
