With the massive increase in STR properties in the US, I am hopeful that lenders and appraisers will evolve to apply income/exp metrics to STR deals specifically, on top of generic property comps.

We aren't trying to get them to invest in our deal, we aren't upselling useless seminars, and we aren't trying to become a massive sized group.

Specifically from the Caged AC Unit into the attic (concrete slab so no crawl space).I was thinking of just building a tall vertical box to place this into.
