Please double check this and make sure that wasn’t the amount for the raw land prior to the build.

@Chris HainsI use the House Flipping Spreadsheet (https://www.houseflippingspreadsheet.com/) to do the planning, analysis and estimating prior to purchase. 

The vast majority of contractors won't want to give bids on properties while under contract unless they have a relationship with that person from prior jobs.

Check with some of the people that commented here about the specific location.  

The last time I stayed in one, I was charged a large cleaning fee and then met with a list of what to clean prior to us leaving.
