I find new lending opportunities by networking at local RE Meetups, Training Classes and real estate functions.

Written policies are necessary when you add employees to aid with training or enforcement of standards.I would focus on adding doors to your management company.

)  Arizona Arizona is a snow bird state, we have golf, baseball training, then a dead hot summer where nobody comeshow can I come up with some numbers before wasting time to look for furnitures and buying beds ?
