Does anyone have a refferal for a sewer scope company? I'd prefer a small business. I have 8 buildings with possibly 9 lines that I would like to get a package deal on sewer scopes of all the lines.

If your problems were really caused by an unexpected ac failure (can’t believe your realtor didn’t get seller to throw in a home warranty.) and not lifestyle.

@Scott Trench you and I don't always 100% agree on everything, but I think you nailed this one. 

(Late fees would be one example.)

With your short time horizon I'd avoid the coops unless your broker knows for a fact the one he's proposing is easy to get in and out of.

@Jake AndronicoI’ve looked into them but have never executed one.Let me say they will be expensive and complicated.I think what you will find if one is trying to defer $50,000 to $100,000 in gain, it’s not going to be worth the time and trouble.On the other hand, if client is trying to defer gain of $500,000 to $1,000,000, it’s worth the time and trouble.I use First American Exchange for my own account a dozen times and they have been right on the money.Google them and reach out.Arn
