Trying to get back to the level I was at when I first started my journey with a good chunk of savings and better reserves with the knowledge I have acquired to step into the right situations.

Never  had any issues to speak of looks like a the floor was not level  I mean  BIG time not level  this stuff is very forgiven stuff can take a beating and still look ok .Or it was not installed right .

My advice would be to assess your risk level (I personally love risk.

Would you stick with the bank  (have kept the communication going with my contact on what i'm working on, high level is 25% in, 9% rate amoritzed 15 currently but I think they would do 20 and also includes construction phase but not sure yet on when it would switch to p&i) and go that route or would bringing in a cash partner (friend/family, have multiple people interested) be something to consider?

I feel Im in the right path here and I can excel to be great as Im passionate about helping others, solving problems and getting to the next level. I

@Gino Barbaro, this is a hard one because there are so many details to hit on.I guess at a high level, I prioritize them a bit differently.

Their ability to scam to the next level is not unheard of in certain communities.one way to find out is checking their own and family bankruptcy filing, some of them are bankrupt due to gambling and going in and out prison, is not that uncommon.

On a high level, I would house hack a MFU.

Right now it doesn't seem any Turnkeys I've been presented cash flow to the level I am comfortable with.
