Moved kitchen and removed walls What was the outcome?

New kitchen and bathroom.

There is roughly $20,000 left in rehab including windows, floors, a new kitchen and bathroom. 

Nice wood floors but ugly kitchen and baths.  

That kitchen looks good but needs more stuff so families can cook and eat there.I think you guy look good in the photos, but it can be a turn off to prospective guests so I would remove those.

The days of using Kitchen and Bath companies for the cabinets and countertops in your flips are over.

I will also be doing all the cosmetic things you can think of: paint, flooring, bathroom reno, kitchen reno, so I am open to carpenter or design suggestions.  

Eventually the kitchen will need to be updated, but the bathrooms are updated and tile floor throughout. 1 tenant for nearly 4 years, just changed out tenant.
