UW is only as good as the numbers that are entered into the data cells. 

As it was mentioned before, fixing the celling should be a few hundred dollars.

As evidenced by your inconsistency in assigning fault in the 2008 Financial Crisis and today's GP's vs LP's and your inability to explain your inconsistency, you clearly haven't thoroughly thought out why you believe that the homeowners/borrowers are not to blame in 2008 and why LP's are to blame today.

There are a lot of inconsistent contractors, so really spend some time vetting them.
