They cited insurance reasons, which could very well be true, but many residents felt it as a big "f you" Now folks from outside the community could argue this was an entitled stance from the residents, to feel they had access to this private land when they didn't, and that on the face is certainly true.

Is there a way for me to give them access with the desktop version?

I'm looking for the cleanest & most visible way to access payment history, see amortization schedule, tax documents, etc- much like bank softwares provide. 

@James Boreno You’ll likely owe taxes, but don’t forget to account for your adjusted cost basis, which factors in the original purchase price, depreciation over 10 years, and any capital improvements.

Do you have $4mm to $20mm you can access?  

If they do not respond, then they do not get access, and their belongings are legally "abandoned" by them.

If the electronic lock fails, you provide the tenant with the code so they can access the key.

It didn't yell "cute" in the Zillow picture, but improving curb appeal won't be a huge investment.
