It's just an illusion that the buyer isn't paying at least one of the agents because the sell price is built in by the market to account for the commission.

Even saw their HQ and met some of their people......I had no illusions of being able to meet with James Wise or his partner.....and to be honest i probably would have been very surprised to meet those two people because I knew in advance how busy the company is and what kind of volume they do.

but either way good luck hope it works for you.also being accepted into a club in my mind is still just sales pitch and illusion of exclusivity I suspect all you need to be accepted is to contact them and actually have the 15k... do you have any special skills that would set you apart and why they would pick you ??
