It is not a problem.There are different remedies, including soaker hoses and other remediation items, to limit soil impaction, but piers and leveling are common. 

My roof water leak test could not reproduce the leak albeit the amount of water from a garden hose can't compare to a major rainfall. 

The best system will include today, soaker hoses to water foundation, not just spray heads.If there is no sprinkler, I would think it is not easy or cheap to hire someone to water. 

Add a hose and it will drain automatically into a your sump pump or another drain. 

I prefer to hire concrete cutting because they will use a big hydraulic powered saw with the power unit on their truck.

With the 3rd one I was the one who told him that for 1 end cap unit it is around the second RTU in the back, take a hose up there and spray around that really good, I don't care how long. 

That shouldn’t be too hard either because the kitchen and bathroom are right next to each other only separated by a wall (would just need to figure out the hose bibs). 

My total cash flow went from $1200/month off that one ho Se to mow $3500/month by doing this.

I've never heard of someone running a hose into the kitchen to drain an entire pool.

I said yes . at some point they moved the hose to the sump pump,  and last week I found out.
