It will not replace humans in any shape or form, opendoor tried it, listing spark tried it, they are the two worst companies to deal with. 

Maybe volunteer for habitat for humanity and go swing a hammer for a few afternoons and build a house for some underprivileged family???

for me I would have been better off donating that 75k to habitat for humans would have got more out of it than a tax write off !!

@Chris Seveney You are correct, taking the time to post to Better Business Bureau will result in nothing but possibly feeling a bit better (I say that seriously because of how human behavior works). 

But makes a big impact. especially on missing a call. when i have a missed call A.I automatically replies like any human does. so leads won't go to waste.

What people want in this area of the business (STR) is humans.Look at the top STR coaches and they all say that the more you humanize your listing with personal videos and messages, the more you go up in revenue.

I fixed a leaky roof, revamped the kitchen that time forgot, and transformed the backyard jungle into something a human could actually walk through.

I care about collections, not just bodies in the building.
