I do generally agree with the sentiment of Austin and the other hosts that fundamentals will always win out in the long run, and this by nature is a long term industry, even the sales side I'm learning.

We host a free real estate meetup the first saturday of every month if you are interested in coming and meet some awesome real estate investors who are looking to do their first deal to savy seasoned investors.

I would highly recommend talking to Jeff Weller at Coast 2 Coast and Fernando Corona both are also PadSplit hosts but we're some of the first expert lenders .
