Hey guys, I'm just getting into the wholesaling world and have a couple of questions:What were your first mistakes that served as great learning points?

I first want to say that I am a new participant in the community but I have followed you guys since Brian ran all the pods(Ha!)

@Nathan Robinson met some guys at NARPM DC conference that were doing something similar - I can dm you his email!

How would you guys go about figuring out what’s what without making 1000 trips down there to drive around every neighborhood.

Hey @Mat O'Grady and @Jon Sidoti did you guys ever purchase your marinas? 

I also heard a guy named “ Donnie” who has been recommended to me .. the only issue is he dosent pay his owners until the end of the month .Is this the norm for Columbus property managers , or am I missing something?
