Within Philadelphia, a two-family home at 123 Main Street, unit A completely gutted, renovated, zero lead-paint within the unit and unit B still having positive components of lead-paint, unit A would not be considered Lead-Free because it is a part of the structural being of unit B.

Right, @Karla Garcia but the trick in rehabbing is that you may think you know what needs to be done and how much it's going to cost until you start the process and then you knock down a wall and realize the whole house needs to be gutted!

Maybe it’s just gut feel, but for some reason It FEELS like these two scenarios will provide excellent opportunities moving forward, while fishing for notes to purchase at significant discounts to current principal enough to yield sufficient returns doesn’t seem as promising.
